Indoor Rail-Mounted Inspection Robot

Outdoor Wheeled Inspection Robot

The outdoor wheeled inspection robot is a wheeled intelligent patrol solution designed for outdoor scenarios. It features a high level of autonomy and intelligence, with fully automatic positioning and navigation technology that enables automatic mapping of large-scale high-precision maps and real-time accurate positioning. Equipped with multiple anti-collision technologies, it integrates various sensors to achieve automatic obstacle avoidance and multi-layer protection. Additionally, its multi-scenario big data intelligent algorithms enable the identification and detection of various meter switches, equipment defects, and abnormal behaviors.

Automatic UAV Inspection

For the inspection of high-altitude equipment and large-scale areas, automatic UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) inspection is adopted, which improves efficiency by 10 times compared with manual inspection.

With UAVs as the carrier, payload devices such as visible light cameras, infrared cameras, and obstacle avoidance radars are mounted according to requirements to capture high-definition photos during inspection. Based on AI algorithms, the fault information in the photos is automatically detected, and at the same time, fault data is automatically classified, located, and stored. This assists operation and maintenance personnel in efficiently handling inspection faults.

Applied in belt conveyor corridors, it enables full coverage, 24/7, and unmanned inspection of pipe belt conveyors. Through functions such as belt crack identification, idler abnormality detection, and conveyor noise diagnosis, it greatly enhances the safety of the conveying system and the reliability of equipment.

Pipeline Inspection Robot

The pipeline inspection robot features a compact and small structure, capable of entering DN180 pipelines. It is equipped with front and rear digital high-definition camera units, a portable handheld tablet control terminal, and a high-precision meter-counting cable winding device. It can enter the interior of pipelines to perform video recording, defect capture, record defect location information, and generate professional pipeline inspection reports.

Quadruped Inspection Robot

The quadruped inspection robot can be equipped with an infrared thermal imager, a visible-light high-definition camera, a gas detector, a temperature and humidity sensor, an interactive real-time intercom platform, an audible and visual alarm, a protective laser ranging system, and other devices.
