Beijing Huixiang Fanglue Technology Group (北京慧享方略科技集团) was established in 2015 and is headquartered in Beijing. It is a national high-tech enterprise focused on digital software products and information technology services, deeply empowering the digital transformation of industries. The company holds various qualifications, including the National High-Tech Enterprise Certificate, Dual Soft Enterprise Certificate, ISO 9001 Quality System Certificate, and software copyrights.
In order to better expand our international business, we established the SEGURO brand in 2022, hoping to provide international customers with safe and reliable AIOT solutions.
Milestone
In 2024, SEGURO strengthened its global presence by forming a worldwide fire-protection partnership with Hanwei and expanding into next-generation AI and robotics. The company introduced solutions for AI-driven robot operations, remote intelligent robot inspection, smart material handling and robotics, and industrial machine vision inspection, further enhancing automation and intelligent operation capabilities across industrial environments.
In 2023, SEGURO expanded its smart infrastructure capabilities by delivering a suite of advanced digital and IoT-driven solutions, including a Smart Park Video Digital Twin, Smart Water Management, Smart Water Plant Control, Smart Water Dispenser Management, Smart Drainage Dispatching, and an integrated Smart Metering System. These developments strengthened SEGURO’s technological depth in digital operations and urban infrastructure intelligence.
From 2020 to 2022, the company expanded its IoT and intelligent operations portfolio with comprehensive solutions for Smart Park, Industrial Park, Corporate Campus, and Educational Campus. In 2022, we established the SEGURO brand, marking our readiness to scale and expand the business globally.
In 2019, responding to market demand, the company launched two new platform solutions: Smart Building Management and EV Charging Management. These platforms expanded our capabilities into intelligent building operations and electric vehicle infrastructure, reinforcing our position in IoT-driven, data-enabled business solutions.
From 2015 to 2018, the company built a complete IoT and intelligent operations ecosystem. We delivered solutions for multi-channel e-commerce management, real-time logistics control, data center environmental monitoring, and wearable device management. These initiatives demonstrate our capability to provide scalable, data-driven, and intelligent business solutions across e-commerce, logistics, infrastructure, and IoT devices.
